Returns

The original order and delivery note must be returned with the goods when requesting credit or exchange for defective goods.

No goods can be returned for credit except by prior agreement by The Company in writing. 

Personalised, discontinued, custom-glazed products, or goods returned to The Company that are more than six months old will not be accepted for credit. 

Assembly kits, merchandising displays or products that have been opened or used will not be accepted for return or credit. 

Products supplied "on approval" may be credited only if returned within 14 days in unused and in re-sellable condition with all packaging accessories, etc.  The original cost of packaging and carriage will not be credited. 

Goods returned must be sent carriage paid and insured in transit.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
